Under this process, Sully Construction becomes the single point contact on behalf of the Owner and will assemble a team consisting of the Architect and Professional Engineers best suited to design the project while keeping in mind the Owner's budget and functional requirements.
PRE CONSTRUCTION SERVICES
As our client, Sully Construction will be with you throughout your planning, design and permit process. We will provide technical advice and budget analysis for the various proposed systems to assist in value engineering the project to meet the Owner's functional needs and budget constraints.
GENERAL CONTRACTING METHODS
Sully Construction offers flexible contracting methods including traditional Lump Sum Contracts, Guaranteed Maximum Price and Cost Plus a Fee.
To date, over seventy nine (79%) percent of our projects have been negotiated, of which thirty (43%) percent are repeat customers. We have completed over 2,500,000 square feet of building space.
