DESCRIPTION: Sully worked with the Owner and Architect during the design process providing value engineering and project budget estimates. Work consisted of two phases, adding a new 12,000 sq. ft. auditorium including site work and then converting the existing space into a two story classroom facility consisting of an additional 7,200 sq. ft.
